The power of the concept of Fitrah (Vital Force)

1. Spiritual (heart) 
2. Mental (sense) 
3. Emotions (lust) 
4. Physical (physical)

• Spiritual aspects

• Aspects of Emotion (lust)

One of the most efficacious antidote for emotional control is fasting. Fasting makes gar emotions under control. Avoiding foods such as meat, fish black fleshy, acidic foods is the best treatment kaedah.

• Physical aspects (physical)

Physical or human body occurs from the source - the source is smooth and soft. Pemgunaan synthetic chemicals make the body facing mammoth pressures. How much damage caused by the drug.
